价值分析(VA)已在我国普遍推广,并取得了一定的成效。但是,在实际应用中,出于偏重于功能分析,强调价值分析的核心是对产品进行功能和所花费用的对比,研究如何降低材料费用,以至把价值分析单纯看作是降低生产成本的一种技法。而对价值分析中如何充分发挥人的创造力,按照创造思维过程来开展活动,创建新方案,开发新产品,创造性地满足需要的研究甚少,影响了价值分析的推广应用。价值分析的实质含义究竟是什么?核心是什么?应如何组织价值分析活动等,都有进一步探讨之必要。本文仅就这些问题谈点自己的看法。
