患者48岁,铜材厂女工,因白带内带血五个月,接触性阴道出血一月余,于1975年9月27日入院,入院前白带增多,粘稠有气味,伴下腹痛。妇科检查:宫颈前唇呈乳头状糜烂,后唇示乳头状突起,呈单个性,有宽阔的基底,病变向后穹窿扩展伸延至宫颈与后穹窿交界处,呈粉红色、质脆、接触时易出血,子宫大小正常、活动、左侧宫旁稍增厚接近骶骨韧带)。临床诊断:宫颈糜烂、恶变待排。病理诊断:子宫颈乳头状瘤伴异型增生。(外检号:75～2390)
