本文分析了江西省1982—1993年传染病报告卡的7861例急性血吸虫病的病情,从中可见急性血吸虫病全年均可发病,以6—11月多见;年间呈周期性迹象,1987—1989年为高峰年,男性病例为女性的3.2倍;71.8%的病例为10—29岁年龄组.发生在湖区病例数占全省报告病例的99.3%.
In this paper, we analyzed 7861 cases of acute schistosomiasis in infectious disease report card of 1982-1993 in Jiangxi Province. From this we can see that acute schistosomiasis can occur throughout the year, which is more common in June-November. There are periodic signs in years 1987-1989 Year peak year, male cases were 3.2 times the number of females; 71.8% of cases were 10-29 years old group occurred in the Lake District, the number of cases accounted for 99.3% of the province reported cases.
