省人民委員会同意省商业厅关干加强棉布计划供应工作的几点意見的报告,现轉发给各地研究执行。当前棉布供应很紧,严密棉布供应的制度,堵塞一切漏洞,对节約棉布銷售有重要作用。各地对商业厅报告中所反映的一些違反政策,不按制度办事的情况,应該引起重視,迅速采取必要的措施予以制止,对于这些一贯違反有关规定的单位或个人,必须严肃处理。
