中国共产党的现代化之路,是一条具有中国特色的党的现代化道路,中共十六届四中全会《决定》中提出的五种执政能力,是一个现代化的执政党必备的基本能力,将赋予中国共产党雄厚的国内合法性资源,是保证党长期执政和国家长治久安的前提条件。中国共产党作为一个现代化执政党的形象和经验,不仅对中华民族至关重要,而且具有世界意义。
The CPC’s road to modernization is a modernized road to the party with Chinese characteristics. The five governing capabilities proposed in the “Decision” of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee are the necessary basic capabilities of a modern ruling party. The abundant domestic legitimacy resources of the Communist Party of China are the prerequisites for ensuring the party’s long-term governance and long-term peace and order of the country. The image and experience of the CPC as a modern ruling party are of great importance not only to the Chinese nation but also to the world.
