目的:为了解党校党政干部学员艾滋病防治策略和知识培训效果。方法:从浙江省省委党校和4个市委党校于2007-2009年3年期间的培训班中随机抽取每年2个班次,共1 343名学员接受问卷调查。结果:通过党校防艾策略和知识培训,干部学员的防艾知识整体平均知晓率为90.0%,培训对干部学员产生的知识影响率为91.2%,认为艾滋病防治工作与自身工作关系密切为13.1%,认为艾滋病防治工作与自己的工作没关系或关系不密切的占85.3%。结论:经过党校艾滋病防治策略和知识培训,党校干部学员达到了较高的艾滋病防治知识水平,改变了“艾滋病防治工作只是卫生部门一家的事情”的不正确认识,有利于促进部门各负其责的防艾工作机制的完善,对全省防艾工作起到了很好的推动作用。
Objective: To understand the AIDS prevention and control strategies and knowledge training effects of party and government cadres in party schools. Methods: Two shifts were randomly selected from Zhejiang Provincial Party School and four municipal party schools during the three-year training course of 2007-2009. A total of 1 343 trainees were surveyed. Results: Through the anti-AIDS strategy and knowledge training in the Party School, the average awareness of anti-AIDS knowledge among cadres and trainees was 90.0% and 91.2% respectively. The AIDS prevention and control work was closely related to their own work was 13.1% , That AIDS prevention and treatment of their work does not matter or not closely related to 85.3%. Conclusion: After the AIDS prevention and control strategies and knowledge training in party schools, the cadres at party schools have achieved a high level of AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge and changed the incorrect understanding of “AIDS prevention and control work is only a matter of the health sector”, which is conducive to the promotion of all sectors The improvement of its working mechanism of anti-AIDS has played a very good role in promoting anti-AIDS work in the province.
