在分析炼钢电弧炉受力的基础上,确立液压传动、弧形摇架——导轨倾动机构的优化设计的数学模型。 对某厂30吨电弧炉进行优化计算分析,结果表明,所需液压缸最大计算推力可下降27%,倾炉进程推力变化率下降31%,液压缸行程降低2.3~6.9%。 本文所建立的优化设计数学模型,可供类地机构进行优化设计时参考。
On the basis of analyzing the force of steel-making electric arc furnace, the mathematical model of hydraulic drive, arc cradle-rail tilting mechanism optimization design is established. The optimization calculation and analysis of a 30 ton EAF showed that the maximum thrust of the required hydraulic cylinder could be reduced by 27%, the rate of change of the thrust of the tilting furnace decreased by 31% and the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder by 2.3 ~ 6.9%. The optimization design mathematical model established in this paper can be used as a reference for the optimal design of the class-oriented institutions.
