新闻职业道德作为社会道德在新闻职业领域的体现,是指新闻工作者在其新闻采编活动中应遵循的道德准则与行为规范的总和,也是新闻媒体和新闻工作者对社会必须承担的职业责任与义务。从实践角度看,新闻职业道德包括主观认知和实际操作两个层面,也就是说,新闻工作者对于其采编行为的主观层面的认知如新闻价值判断、采访作风与立场以及态度、心情、动机等要受职业道德要求的规范与约束,并在实际操作中以此
