物体的表面硬度与其强度有着密切的关系,因此,用简便方法测知物体的硬度后,即可推算其强度,用回弹仪测定水泥标号即基于这一原理。回弹仪的构造如图1所示。冲击杆推动导杆与锤向内移动,此时受拉弹簧逐渐拉长,直至调整螺丝与挂钩相碰,锤脱钩,即以一定冲击力打击试体表面,锤弹回(?)带动指针上升,即可读出回弹读数R。再根据回弹读数及与水泥强度间的关系,即可求出水泥标号。这样测定水泥标号,不用压力机,也不必破坏试体(一块试体可以作多次试验),适用于无压力机的小型水泥厂及施工单位。
