Jiang Zemin pointed out in his “1 July” speech that all comrades in the party should proceed from a new reality and study and solve major theoretical and practical problems facing party building in the spirit of reform. After 80 years of development, the ranks of our party members, the party’s position and the tasks it shoulders have all changed.
