思想政治工作作为企业党建工作的一项重要内容,是一项引导人、教育人、塑造人、培养人的重要工作。在新时期、新形势下,关键是要把人教育好,把人的积极性引导好,大力提升企业员工的思想道德素质和科学文化素质。如何做好职工思想政治工作?如春风化雨,润物无声般地滋养职工心灵,温暖职工心田,使企业这棵大树茁壮成长、硕果累累。而矿山企业大多数处于边远山区,远离城市,环境和生活比较艰苦。由于环境条件所限,矿区文化生活落后,信息传递较慢,职工对社会上一些新生事物认识慢、接受慢,这就使得矿山企业的思想政治工作更富有艰巨性、针对性和挑战性。笔者作为一名思想政治工作者,认为在新形势下思想政治工作也要善于从小事做起,增强思想政治工作者的责任感,提高执行力,实现工作的精细化,推动矿山实现安全、稳定、优质、可持续发展,是需要认真研究的一个课题。
