1951年1月20日,上海《大公报》刊登了前国民党云南警备司令部稽查处处长王子民供述杀害李、闻二烈士经过的报道。这张报纸引起了一个读者的特别注意。 这个特殊的读者是江苏盐城人。他是在南通如皋卖豆饼时看到报上说王子民供称是“由蔡文其开枪暗杀了闻一多先生”这一句时,心中顿生疑问。这报上所说的“蔡文其”,会不会就是俺家乡的“蔡云祈”?
