自身红细胞致敏是一种少见的疾病。作者报告一例如下: 患者系22岁已离婚的白人妇女。分娩前有癔病性性格。分娩后两天,下肢出现出血性损害,接着在上肢和背部也出现少许类似的损害。损害发生前局部有疼痛及红斑。检查血液和有关方面试验,其结果都在正常范围之内。用0.1毫升患者的静脉血注入到患者前臂无皮疹处,10分钟内发生红斑,数小时内注射部位出现了典型的瘀斑性损害。注射生理盐水没有反应。在背部的皮内注射静脉血也没有反应。瘀斑损害活组织检查仅有水肿和间质性出血。此外,还有多系统主诉,如反复性的尿潴留、阴道出
