通过对杭州市拱墅区2005-2007年传染病网络直报情况进行分析,及时发现问题,采取相应措施,为进一步提高国家传染病的网络直报质量、完善疫情报告系统提供科学依据。本文主要从报告单位、报告病种、报告年份三方面,选择影响传染病直报工作的及时性评价指标,采用24h诊断报告率、时间差的平均水平等指标进行评价,反映医疗机构传染病快速诊断水平,责任医师、网络直报人员传染病报告的法制观念以及医院管理情况。通过报告单位、报告病种、报告年份三方面的综合分析,得到杭州市拱墅区2005-2007年传染病网络直报工作总体情况。在报告单位中,社区卫生服务中心为最好;在报告病种中,甲类传染病报告及时率为最高;在报告年份中,2007年网络直报及时性最好。网络直报的质量从2005年至2007年有显著的提高,但在医院内部各环节管理包括院内培训、疫情专业人员的培养等方面仍有待加强。
By analyzing the direct reports of infectious diseases network in Gongshu District of Hangzhou City in 2005-2007 and finding out the problems in time, corresponding measures are taken to provide scientific basis for further improving the quality of direct online reporting of infectious diseases in the country and perfecting the epidemic reporting system. In this paper, we select the timely evaluation indicators that affect the direct reports of infectious diseases from three aspects: the reporting unit, the reported disease types and the reporting year. We use the indicators of 24 h diagnostic reporting rate and the average time difference to evaluate, which can reflect the rapid diagnosis of infectious diseases in medical institutions Level, responsible physician, network reporting personnel reporting the legal concept of infectious diseases and hospital management. Through a comprehensive analysis of the reporting units, reported disease types and reporting year, the general situation of direct network reporting of infectious diseases in 2005 and 2007 in Gongshu District of Hangzhou was obtained. Among the reporting units, the community health service center is the best; in the reported disease types, the timely reporting rate of Class A infectious diseases is the highest; in the reporting year, the network direct report time in 2007 was the best. The quality of direct online reporting has been significantly improved from 2005 to 2007, but management in all aspects of the hospital, including in-hospital training and the cultivation of epidemics professionals, remains to be strengthened.
