温政办[2011]27号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:《温州市政府投资房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程预选承包商管理办法(试行)》已经市人民政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真遵照执行。二○一一年二月十四日温州市政府投资房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程预选承包商管理办法(试行)第一章总则第一条为规范建筑市场秩序,加强温州市政府投资房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程项目招标投标的监督管理,择优选择承包商,保证工程质量安全,根据《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《中华人民共和国招标投标法》等法律法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
