胡锦涛同志在中纪委第三次全会上强调指出,要树立正确的政绩观。政绩是领导干部能力素质的综合反映。每个领导干部都很关心自己的政绩,都想创造好的政绩。历史上许多为官者因政绩卓著而流芳百世,也有不少人因昏庸无为而遭历史唾弃。作为领导干部,如何对待政绩,追求什么样的政绩,怎么创造政绩,是必须面对和解决的问题。
At the Third Plenary Session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Comrade Hu Jintao emphasized that it is necessary to establish a correct view of political achievements. Political achievements are the comprehensive reflection of the qualities of leading cadres. Each leading cadre is very concerned about his own achievements and wants to create good achievements. Many officials in history have enjoyed excellent results because of their excellent political accomplishments and many others have been spurned by history because of their inattentiveness. As a leading cadre, how to treat political achievements, what kind of political achievements are pursued, and how to create political achievements are problems that must be faced and solved.
