Mother-to-child transmission is the major mode of transmission of hepatitis B, and babies born to pregnant women with HBsAg and HBeAg double positives have been infected at 90 to 100% at 1 year of age. Therefore, the use of hepatitis B vaccine for neonatal immunization is the active control of the future population In hepatitis B infection important measures. In this paper, hepatitis B gene recombinant vaccine and blood-borne vaccine 63 cases of HBsAg, HBeAg-positive mothers of newborns were vaccinated to observe the effect of blocking the perinatal HBV transmission by immunization, the results are reported as follows. Materials and methods First, the observed object 63 cases selected from November 1985 to November 1986, in Fuzhou City, 5 hospitals and Sanming City Hospital, 6 units of prenatal screening of pregnant women, where HBsAg, HBeAg double positive Neonates born in mothers were randomly divided into A, B, C, D4 group as hepatitis B vaccination observation object. Second, the vaccine and immunization program We will vaccinate Merck hepatitis B base
