Bone marrow necrosis is rare. Since Graham first discovered bone marrow necrosis in the autopsy of sickle cell anemia in 1924, many cases have been reported in China and abroad. We now report two patients admitted to our hospital, combined with review of the literature to discuss its clinical significance. First, the case report 1 male, 56 years old. Because of body pain.
