本文报告了新生儿肺出血43例的临床表现、原发病及5例尸检资料。临床表现以低体温和反应差为著,原发病以硬肿症居多。文中就肺出血与硬肿症及早产低体重的关系作了分析。本组病例与感染关系不甚密切。
This article reports 43 cases of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage clinical manifestations, primary disease and 5 cases of autopsy data. Clinical manifestations of hypothermia and poor response to the primary disease with mostly scleredema. The article analyzes the relationship between pulmonary hemorrhage and scleredema and preterm low birth weight. This group of patients and the infection is not closely related.
