“勤以修身,俭以养德”,勤俭自古以来一直是中华民族的美德。选择节俭,不仅选择了一种生活方式,追寻一种精神品质,更是确立了一条走向未来的道路。一、在中学生中开展节约意识教育的必要性建设节约型社会要靠全社会的努力,其中加强对青少年节约意识教育是一个重要环节。当前绝大多数的城市青少年都是独生子女,生活条件相对优越。父母娇惯,就使得很多青少年感觉不到国家资源的短缺,意识不到浪费带来的危害,很难把节约资源变为自觉的行动。如果每一个孩子从小就具备勤俭节约这一优良的传统美德,将使孩子们的一生受益无穷。因此,加强对青少年的节约教育是社会的重要任务。对孩子的节约教育,一定要从中学生抓起,培养孩子节约的习惯,树立节约意识。
