在离体条件下研究了链霉菌702菌株所产抗真菌单体组分DZP8对水稻纹枯病菌菌丝的生长、菌核的形成及萌发,以及对稻瘟病菌菌丝的生长、分生孢子的形成及萌发、附着胞的形成的影响。结果表明,抗真菌单体组分DZP8对水稻纹枯病菌和稻瘟病菌均具有较强的抑制作用,其对水稻纹枯病菌和稻瘟病菌菌丝生长抑制的EC50和EC90分别为1.81、3.35和37.01、136.21g/ml;在48.01g/mlDZP8处理下,菌核形成率仅为39.21%,形成时间比对照延迟216h,干重比对照减少81.37%;33.51g/mlDZP8显著抑制菌核的萌发;160.08g/mlDZP8处理下稻瘟病菌产孢量仅为对照的9.29%,20.14g/mlDZP8对分生孢子萌发的抑制率为95.16%,对附着胞形成的抑制率则可达100%
