本文介绍了长春工业大学依托国家和省级特色专业实施“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的探索,以3+1培养模式为基础,构建了工程化人才终身教育的“1433”模式;以学校和企业深度融合为基础,创建了“阶段进化模型”的校企合作教育模式;以学生工程实践为基础,重构了培养方案优化了课程体系调整了教学内容,并从组织、制度、师资、经费、基地等各方面构建了完善的保障体系。
This paper introduces the exploration of Changchun University of Technology based on the national and provincial specialties to implement the “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program”, and builds the “1433” model of lifelong education of engineering talents based on the 3 + 1 training mode. Based on the in-depth integration of schools and enterprises, a cooperative education model of school-industry based on the “stage evolution model” was established. Based on the student engineering practice, the training program was restructured, the curriculum system was adjusted, the teaching content was adjusted, and the organizational, System, teachers, funds, bases and other aspects of building a perfect security system.
