目的:探讨乙酰肝素酶(Hpa)与宫颈病变之间的相关性。方法:免疫组化染色检测宫颈癌、正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组织中乙酰肝素酶的表达,χ2检验分析乙酰肝素酶的表达与临床特征之间的关系。结果:58例子宫颈浸润癌患者癌组织中,乙酰肝素酶阳性表达的43例,阳性表达率为74.14%。明显高于正常宫颈组织、宫颈CINⅠ~Ⅱ和宫颈原位癌。乙酰肝素酶的表达与宫颈癌临床分期、淋巴结转移、浸润深度显著正相关(P<0.01),而与宫颈癌的组织类型、分化程度、年龄无明显关系。结论:Hpa可能在宫颈癌的发展、浸润、转移中起重要作用,可作为临床预测宫颈癌浸润转移的一个重要参考指标和有价值的治疗靶点。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between heparanase (Hpa) and cervical lesions. Methods: The expression of heparanase in cervical cancer, normal cervix and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship between heparanase expression and clinical features was analyzed by χ2 test. Results: Among the 58 cases of invasive cervical cancer, 43 cases were positive for heparanase and the positive rate was 74.14%. Significantly higher than normal cervical tissue, cervical CIN Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ and cervical carcinoma in situ. The expression of heparanase was positively correlated with the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion of cervical cancer (P <0.01), but not with the histological type, differentiation and age of cervical cancer. Conclusion: Hpa may play an important role in the development, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. It may serve as an important reference index and a valuable therapeutic target for clinically predicting invasiveness and metastasis of cervical cancer.
