我站于1986年8月～1987年1月对我市部分医疗卫生单位检验室进行了HBsAg调查，并对阳性标本作了消毒效果观察。现将结果分析如下：1．检验室HBsAg污染情况 从17所医疗卫生单位31个检验室中采集标本共271份，检出HBsAg133份，总检出率49％。其中窗台尘埃检出率最高（75％），以下依次为：水浴锅（69.2％）。置报告单窗口（66.7％），操作台（58％），离心机（58％），光电比色计（50％），试管架（45.9％），血沉架（44.4％），消毒液（32.2％），采血台（30.8％）及下水道污染物（25％）。
