5月4日,是立案登记制在全国法院正式实施的首个工作日,上海知识产权法院立案大厅内的导诉人员正在给来立案的当事人详细介绍着起诉材料清单。笔者发现,这些清单一共分为七个样式,分别是集成电路布图设计、计算机软件著作权、技术秘密、垄断、驰名商标认定、植物新品种和专利权等。清单的内容包含了起诉状、诉讼主体证明材料和证据材料三大方面,尤其是证据材料方面,分门别类列举了合同、侵权类等纠纷所需的材料。“5月1日起,我院开始正式实施
On May 4, on the first working day, the case registration system was formally implemented in courts throughout the country. The prosecutors in the case filing hall of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court were detailing the list of prosecution materials for the parties filing the case. The author found that the list is divided into seven styles, which are integrated circuit layout design, computer software copyright, technical secrets, monopoly, recognition of well-known trademarks, new varieties of plants and patent rights.
