目的探讨流产药物米非司酮致阴道长期出血的原因。方法对116例停经49d以内的早孕妇女服用流产药物,观察其组织排出及阴道出血情况。结果26例药流后阴道长期出血中,18例为不全流产后出血,8例为完全流产后出血。结论药流后阴道长期出血常见原因是不全流产,但并非都是不全流产所致,这与流产药物干扰体内孕激素及药流后子宫内膜炎有关。
Objective To investigate the causes of vaginal long-term bleeding induced by abortion drug mifepristone. Methods 116 cases of early pregnant women within 49 days of menopause were taken abortion drugs to observe the tissue discharge and vaginal bleeding. Results 26 cases of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion, 18 cases of incomplete bleeding after bleeding, 8 cases of complete abortion after bleeding. Conclusion The common causes of long-term vaginal bleeding after abortion are incomplete abortion, but not all are caused by incomplete abortion, which is related to the abortion drugs interfering with progesterone and abortion after drug abortion.
