随着我国房地产行业的迅猛发展,建筑施工企业之间的竞争日益剧烈。如何进一步降低工程造价成本,提高建筑施工单位的经济效益成为关注的重点。施工组织设计是指导施工项目全过程的各项活动的重要文件,具有提高劳动效率,减少资源消耗的重要作用,它是影响工程造价的重要因素。本文在分析两者之间影响关系的基础上,提出一系列优化措施以减少工程造价、实现建筑施工企业经济利益最大化。
With the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, competition between construction enterprises is increasingly fierce. How to further reduce the cost of the project and improve the economic efficiency of the construction unit has become the focus of attention. The construction organization design is an important document that guides the whole process of the construction project and plays an important role in improving labor efficiency and reducing resource consumption. It is an important factor that affects the construction cost. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the two, this paper proposes a series of optimization measures to reduce the project cost and maximize the economic benefits of construction enterprises.
