过去使用外购的焊接手把时,由于在工作中温度较高,使手把发热,以致很快就损坏。每个焊工二个月就得用三把。后来许中兴同志设计了一种电焊手把,如图1所示。这种手把旣经济又耐用,使用起来非常方便,很受工人欢迎。制造也很简单,連材料工时计算在内,费用只化1.5元。每个电工平均每月用一把,而且经过修理后仍可继续使用,给国家节约了大量的资金。手把的构造如图2,把三根φ6圆鋼焊在一起,用0.5～1公厘厚的铁皮卷成筒状后与元鋼焊在一塊,然后把电缆
