体外细胞双核微核试验的应用研究

本实验用双核细胞研究不同类型诱变剂对多种体外培养细胞株微核率的影响。共筛选了BALB/C-3T3、CHL、6S3、NIH3T3,Rat-1、V79、CHO、HEP2和人胚肺成纤维细胞等九株细胞,其中以BALB/C-3T3、CHL细胞的实验效果较好。经不同浓度的丝裂霉素和硫酸镍作用的CHL细胞微核率明显升高,有剂量反应关系。用苯并[a]芘 In this study, we investigated the effect of different types of mutagens on the micronucleus rate of many cell lines cultured in vitro with binuclear cells.
