我校八七届初中生,入学时是经过几所学校筛选后的收底生,入学后又按好、中、差三个等级分班。我接两个差班的初三物理课教学,发现学生的学习基础和素质都相当差。其中一个班留级生占84.2%,在初二全区统考中,物理全都不及格,平均分为21.9。由于种种原因,学生对学习丧失信心。马超同学曾对我说:“我算看透了,现在没有人再看得起我们了。我们从小学到现在一天六七节课,都是听老师干巴巴地讲,早听腻了。”学生历来在初二开始学习两极分化,而物理掉队往往加速这种分化。我意识到必须把厌学变为好学,想方设法调动学生学习
