针对某新型掘进机截割头内喷雾无法正常喷雾的问题,利用CFD软件建立了该截割头内部流道的仿真模型,通过数值分析,得到了截割头内部流道前、后腔串联是无法正常喷雾的根本原因。提出了改变内部流道,平衡前、后腔压力以解决喷雾问题,并进行了试验验证。
Aiming at the problem that spray in the cutting head of a new roadheader can not be sprayed normally, a simulation model of the internal flow channel of the cutting head is established by using CFD software. The numerical simulation results show that the front and rear chambers are connected in series The root causes of the normal spray can not be.
