患者．女．４９岁。反复右上腹不适，有时腰背部疼痛．因体检发现胆囊结石半年．于２０００年１０月９日入院。体检巩膜无黄染．术前血常规、出凝血时间正常．尿常规正常，肝功、心电图均正常．于１０月１１日上午９时在持续硬麻下行胆囊切除术。既往有青霉素、磺胺过敏史。 手
