目的:提出有效的小儿手足口病预防疾控措施。方法:结合以往资料分析农村地区小儿手足口病的预防控制中存在的主要问题,并提出改进办法。结果:当前,由于我国农村卫生条件普遍很低,医疗服务不够发达,小儿患手足口病后发现晚,容易耽误治疗,农村地区小儿手足口病的发病率逐年上涨。结论:疾控中心针对农村小儿手足口病的必须积极应对,提高村民对手足口病的认识和了解,增强手足口病的防控应急能力。
Objective: To put forward effective prevention and control measures for hand, foot and mouth disease in children. Methods: Based on the previous data, we analyzed the main problems in the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease in children in rural areas and put forward the improvement measures. Results: At present, the prevalence of hand, foot and mouth disease in children in rural areas is increasing year by year due to the generally low sanitary conditions in rural areas and the underdeveloped medical services in our country. Conclusion: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention must actively respond to hand-foot-mouth disease in children in rural areas and raise villagers’ awareness and understanding of hand-foot-mouth disease and enhance the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease.
