随着我国加入WTO,越来越多的外国公司不断涌入中国市场,特别对于我国私营企业来说,不仅要应对来自本地企业日益激烈的竞争,还要与跨国公司争夺市场和利润。另外,随着生活质量的提高,客户的期望也与日俱增。私营企业在如此严峻的的内外部环境下艰难的生存着。为了改善这一现状,我国私营企业从国外引入了平衡计分卡作为绩效管理的工具。但是,随着平衡计分卡在我国广泛地使用,在实施的过程中出现了许多问题,需要我们找出问题的症结并制定解决方案,使平衡计分卡在我国能够得到很好的应用。
With China’s accession to the WTO, more and more foreign companies are constantly pouring into the Chinese market. Especially for our private-owned enterprises, we not only have to deal with the increasingly fierce competition from local enterprises, but also compete with multinational companies for markets and profits. In addition, as quality of life improves, the expectations of clients are also on the rise. Private enterprises have a hard time surviving in such a severe internal and external environment. In order to improve the status quo, private enterprises in our country introduced the Balanced Scorecard from abroad as a tool for performance management. However, with the widespread use of BSC in our country, many problems appeared in the process of implementation. It is necessary for us to find out the crux of the problem and to develop a solution so that BSC can be well applied in our country.
