近年来,司法公开在电视媒体中的出镜率越来越高,小到一起简单的刑事盗窃,大到身居高位的贪官出庭受审,低到一位普通农民挖掘“仼木”的归属,高到海上石油污染所引发的集体环境问题诉讼。笔者拟从司法公开与电视媒体的互动与结合为切入点,尝试对电视媒体在司法公开应用中的形式和效果进行评价。通过对基本详情的了解,进一步探讨电视媒体在司法公开过程中所起到的作用和遭遇的困境。最后,笔者以创新为视角,尝试对电视媒体在司法公开中的应用趋势做以简短建言。
In recent years, the appearance of judicial publicity in the television media has been getting higher and higher, ranging from simple criminal theft to large corrupt officials appearing before them for trial, falling as low as an ordinary peasant digging “alder” ownership , High litigation of collective environmental issues caused by oil pollution at sea. The author intends to start from the interaction and combination of judicial openness and television media, and tries to evaluate the form and effect of television media in the application of judicial openness. Through the understanding of the basic details, we can further explore the role played by TV media in the process of judicial publicity and the difficulties it encounters. Finally, from the perspective of innovation, the author attempts to make brief comments on the application trend of the television media in the judicial publicity.
