信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势。科学技术特别是信息技术和生命科学的不断突破,对世界政治、经济、文化生活将产生更加深刻的影响,使现代社会成为“三高”(高速度、高效率、高竞争)社会。为了迎接世界信息技术迅猛发展的挑战,争抢经济发展的制高点,作为21世纪加速我国经济腾飞和民族复兴的主干力量的青少年,其信息技术的教育和培养已刻不容缓!
Informationization is the general trend of economic and social development in the world today. The continuous breakthrough in science and technology, especially in information technology and life sciences, will have a more profound impact on the world’s political, economic and cultural life and will make the modern society a society of “three highs” (high speed, high efficiency and high competition). In order to meet the challenge of the rapid development of information technology in the world and fight for the commanding height of economic development, as an adolescent who accelerates the economic growth and national rejuvenation in our country in the 21st century, it is imperative that the education and training of information technology be respected!
