前言 福云品种是福建省茶科所五十年代中期,以云南大叶种为父本,福鼎大白种为母本,经有性自然杂交后选育出来的优良品种。目前已在全国十多个省、100多个市(县)推广应用,栽培面积达45万亩,年产值约4.8亿元。 为了更好地发挥国优良种优势,推广福云品种制造的大叶种绿茶,提高经济效益,促进茶叶生产的发展。福建省茶科所与广东省农垦商业总公司共同合作,利用双方在资金、技术、销售、信誉等方面的各自优势,从今年秋季开始,以福云品种的鲜叶为原料,采用新的制茶工艺,组织、加工了四千多担外形条索紧结圆直,内质香高持久,汤色明亮,滋味甘爽的大叶种绿茶,投放市场后,消费者普遍反应良好,为了有利于广大茶叶消费者进一步认识了解福云品种及其采用新工艺制作的大叶种绿茶,本文特作如下系列介绍。
