深化建筑工程造价预算工作,严格把控其预算过程,提升其管理质量,有利于减少偷工减料事件的发生概率,节约工程建设生产成本,确保建筑工程能够不偏离于设计原稿;或者即便脱离设计原稿,也能够根据实际情况进行调整,即留给施工过程中产生各种情况的调整空隙,保证项目建设进度正常,促进整个建筑工程的发展。文章通过分析建筑工程造价在建筑物的生产过程中超出预算的原因,挖掘降低生产成本的方法,探讨优化控制策略。
