应用改进的超声显像方法，对８６例肝外梗阻性黄疸胆总管下端病变进行超声诊断。结果表明，经手术和病理证实超声诊断胆道梗阻位置的符合率为９１．８％，诊断胆总管下端梗阻病因的符合率为８９．５％。提示超声显像对肝外梗阻性黄疸胆总管下端病变有重要的诊断价值。
86 cases of extrahepatic obstructive jaundice in the lower common bile duct lesions were diagnosed by ultrasound. The results showed that the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of biliary obstruction by operation and pathology was 91.8%, and the coincidence rate of diagnosing the cause of lower common bile duct obstruction was 89.5%. Prompted ultrasound imaging of extrahepatic obstructive jaundice common bile duct lesions have important diagnostic value.
