An experiment was conducted in which the conventional Ms medium was replaced with bamboo shoot juice plus agar as a medium. The bamboo shoots, the middle and lower, and the whole tissue mashing liquid agar dubbed the medium can promote the formation of tissue culture of Gladiolus test tube plantlets, have a good biological effect.
