在实验性高胆固醇血症的动物模型上,采用光镜、电镜等研究手段,从形态学角度观察了麝香保心丸对家兔动脉壁的保护作用。研究发现:麝香保心丸有抑制血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的上升、减少血管内皮细胞的损害、抑制动脉内膜增生、减少动脉粥样硬化发生率的趋势。结果提示:麝香保心九在预防动脉粥样硬化方面有进一步研究的价值。
On the animal model of experimental hypercholesterolemia, light microscope and electron microscope were used to observe the protective effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on arterial wall in rabbits from the morphological point of view. Study found that: Shexiang Baoxin Pill inhibits the increase of serum total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels, reduces the damage of vascular endothelial cells, inhibits arterial intimal hyperplasia, and reduces the incidence of atherosclerosis. the trend of. The results suggest that: Hongxiangbaoxin9 has further research value in preventing atherosclerosis.
