现代人的生活紧张,普遍处在高压力的状态下。虽说适度的压力是一种“生活的刺激剂”,但过度的压力常会引起身体的不适,所谓“过犹不及”,若压力处理失当,更会招致反效果。
Modern people’s lives are strained and are generally under high pressure. Although modest pressure is a kind of “stimulant of life,” excessive pressure often causes body discomfort. The so-called “excessive” means that if the pressure is handled improperly, it will even lead to counter-productive effects.
