目的研究红树林植物木果楝Xylocarpus granatum的化学成分。方法采用色谱法分离,用波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果从木果楝种子中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为过氧化麦角甾醇(Ⅰ)、木果楝素G(xylo-carpin G,Ⅱ)、木果楝素H(xylocarpin H,又名granaxylocarpin B,Ⅲ)、xylogranatin C(Ⅳ)、3-βdetigloyoxy-2-′meth-ylbutanoyloxy xylogranatin B(Ⅴ)、木果楝亭D(xylogranatin D,Ⅵ)、硬毛鸪花醇(hispidol B,Ⅶ)、东莨菪亭(Ⅷ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅶ和Ⅷ为首次从木果楝属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of mangrove Xylocarpus granatum. Methods Chromatography was used to identify the structure of the spectrum. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified from xylose melon seeds, which were xylo-carpin G (Ⅱ), xylocarpin H (aka granaxylocarpin (Ⅲ), xylogranatin C (Ⅳ), 3-βdetigloyoxy-2 -meth-ylbutanoyloxy xylogranatin B (Ⅴ), xylogranatin D (Ⅵ), hispidol B (Ⅶ) , Scopoletin (Ⅷ), β-sitosterol (Ⅸ) and daucosterol (Ⅹ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were isolated from genus Agrocybe for the first time.
