目的:探讨Fas-FasL系统在急性病毒性肝炎发病中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术对38例急性乙型肝炎患者肝组织中的Fas和FasL表达进行检测,并与10例正常肝组织作对照。结果:38例急性乙型肝炎肝组织中的Fas和FasL表达的检出率分别为55.3%(21/38)和60.5%(23/38);正常对照、急乙肝轻型和较重型三组之间其肝组织Fas和FasL的表达存在显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.005),并且,急性乙肝较重型其Fas和FasL表达明显比轻型增强,两者比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:由CTL-Fas-FasL系统介导的肝细胞凋亡在急性乙型肝炎的发病中可能起了较重要的作用
Objective: To investigate the role of Fas-FasL in the pathogenesis of acute viral hepatitis. Methods: The expression of Fas and FasL in liver tissues of 38 patients with acute hepatitis B were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared with 10 normal liver tissues. Results: The positive rates of Fas and FasL in 38 cases of acute hepatitis B were 55.3% (21/38) and 60.5% (23/38), respectively. There were significant differences in the expression of Fas and FasL in the liver tissues between the three groups (P <0.01 or P <0.005), and the expression of Fas and FasL in the severe hepatitis B group was significantly higher than that of the light group There was significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusions: Hepatocyte apoptosis mediated by CTL-Fas-FasL system may play a more important role in the pathogenesis of acute hepatitis B
