现今科学技术以及通讯技术的快速发展,4G移动网络已经实现了全面覆盖。就目前来看,CRM已经进入到了移动时代。原有的CRM系统中的客户关系管理功能也开始向手机迁移,。与传统的CRM系统相比较,手机CRM系统具有很显著的优越性,其使得业务失去时间以及场所的限制,可随时随地地在公司的业务平台上开展统一沟通。在校园走寝直销活动中,手机CRM起到了关键作用。在现今,如何对手机NFC功能进行利用,进而更好地开展手机卡销售、实名登记以及业务办理。本文主要对校园直销中,手机CRM系统的执行策略进行了研究。
With the rapid development of science and technology and communication technology, 4G mobile network has achieved full coverage. For now, CRM has entered the mobile era. Customer relationship management functions in the original CRM system have also begun to migrate to mobile phones. Compared with the traditional CRM system, mobile CRM system has a significant advantage, which makes the business lost time and place restrictions, anytime, anywhere in the company’s business platform for unified communications. In the campus dormitory direct sales activities, mobile CRM played a key role. Nowadays, how to utilize the NFC function of the mobile phone to further promote the sales of mobile phone cards, real name registration and business processing. This article mainly researches the implementation strategy of mobile CRM system in campus direct marketing.
