Systemic vasoconstriction is one of the indicators of deterioration of chronic congestive heart failure (CHF), and the body through the nerves, hormones and local vascular compensatory response results. In the past, there were quite a few studies on the mechanism of compensatory mechanism of nerves and hormones, but few studies on the regulation of local blood vessels. It has been shown in literature that the endothelium-dependent relaxation of acetylcholine (Ach) in the femoral arteries and limb vessels is attenuated in patients with CHF; it has been demonstrated after biopsies with N-methylol-L-arginine (L-NMMA) Endothelium derived relaxation factor - the basic release of helium oxide can regulate local blood flow, suggesting that vascular endothelial plays an important role in the regulation of vascular tone
