β-血栓球蛋白(β-TG)存在于血小板特殊α颗粒内,当血小板凝聚时释放于血循环中,故可作为凝血性疾病血小板活化的指标。本文作者测定了小儿急性肾小球性肾炎(20例)、慢性肾小球性肾炎(35例)、特发性肾病综合征(22例)、紫癜肾炎(18例)及狼疮肾病(6例)等肾脏疾患的血、尿β-TG,发现上述各病活动期血、尿β-TG均升高,且与肾炎的活动性呈一致关系,当急性肾炎症状改善,低补体血症恢复正常时,β-TG也基本正常,慢性肾炎则以呈现肾病综合征时为著,特发性肾病综合征蛋白尿明显时β-TG升高,缓解后降低。几种疾病相比较,以紫癜
