中国遥感卫星地面站于1992年4月23日至25日在北京龙都宾馆召开了首届全国用户会议。中国科学院副院长胡启恒,著名科学家、中国科学院学部委员王大珩、陈述彭和国家计委、国家科委、国家航天领导小组办公室的有关领导出席了会议并讲了话。出席会议的还有中央21个部委、国务院直属部门、军队部门、25个省市自治区的有关领导、专家和代表150余名。会议听取了卫星地面站工作报告、生产服务和系统扩充情况报告、陆地卫星6号数据接收计划,和中国遥感卫星地面站用户委员会的筹备情况汇报,用户代表还对TM产品的应用进行了大会交流。与会代表进行了热烈而又认真的讨论,一致认为:作为邓小平同志亲自批准建立的中国遥感卫星地
China Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Station held its first national user conference at Longdu Hotel in Beijing from April 23 to April 25, 1992. Hu Qiheng, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, renowned scientist and academician Wang Daheng, Chen Peng of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and relevant leaders of the State Development Planning Commission, the State Science and Technology Commission and the State Aerospace Leading Group Office attended the meeting and made speeches. Also present at the meeting were more than 150 leaders, experts and representatives from 21 ministries and commissions of the Central Government, immediate departments under the State Council, the military department and 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. The meeting heard reports on the work of satellite ground stations, production services and system expansion reports, terrestrial satellite data reception plans on the 6th and the preparation of the China Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Station Users’ Committee, and user representatives also exchanged views on the application of TM products .
