The fifth meeting of the Fourth Session of the Sichuan Leather Association was held on February 2, 1999 in the conference room of the Sichuan Provincial Leather Industry Corporation. The leaders of the Provincial Light Industry Association, the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and other leaders from the province attended the conference and they all participated in the conference. Provincial leather companies, scientific research institutes, school directors, consultants and more than 40 people.
