在不久前召开的“中央企业人力资源管理经验交流会”上,中国兵器工业集团公司(简称兵器工业)、东方电气股份有限公司(简称东方电气),中国移动通信集团上海有限公司(简称中移动上海公司)、武汉邮电科研院烽火通信科技股份有限公司(简称烽火通信)4家企业做了典型经验介绍。从中可以看出.中央企业的人力资源管理正在由传统的人事管理向现代人力资源管理模式转变,他们在人力资源开发与管理的很多方面进行了大胆探索和有益尝试,形成了许多既符合现代人力资源管理发展趋势,又适应企业自身发展需要的人力资源管理模式。与会的国内外人力资源管理专家这样点评:这4个案例所代表的部分中央企业的人力资源管理已达到国内一流水平,正在与国际接轨。对此,笔者深有感触。

It can be seen that the human resources management of the central enterprises is changing from the traditional personnel management to the modern human resources management mode. They have made bold explorations and useful attempts in many aspects of human resources development and management, Resource management trends, but also to adapt to their own development needs of human resources management. Human resources management experts at home and abroad attending the meeting commented: The human resource management of some of the central enterprises represented by the four cases has reached the first-class level in China and is in line with international standards. In this regard, I have deep feelings.
